Banquet will be held December 13, 2008. It will be held at the Holiday Inn Express in Lexington, Ne. Social hour will begin at 6:00pm, meal following at 7:00pm with awards banquet following the meal. We will probaly have a dance following the banquet. Everyone is invited to attend, more the merrier. We will have a block of rooms available for booking. Racers and racefans will recieve a discounted room rate depending on what kind of room you have. I have just a few minor details to work out yet but everything else is set. I need to finalize the meal and costs for the banquet yet, cost should be $15-$20 per person. If you have any suggestions for fun activities for the night let me know. I would like it to be a fun night for everyone. Thanks-Allen

Sorry Dolans to hear that you can't be here. With all of the other banquets and races being held, this was the first available weekend open. I also had some other dances that I had booked earlier in the year that conflicted with earlier dates. Doesn't seem like I can pick a date to make everyone's schedule fit. Have a good trip.

Speaking of strippers, Shakers West auctioned the inside goodies from their now defunct business south of Cozad last Sunday. Did anyone go buy a brass pole?
