Please keep Terry Eatherton, Daniel & Hanna Buss, Brad Winheim in your prayers. Terry will continue chemo treatments in his fight against cancer. Terry was at the banquet and looking great, very nice to see and visit with him. Daniel & Hanna Buss are newborn children of Jim & Kendra Buss. They arrived a little early and are doing great in the hospital in Lincoln. Brad Winheim, my stepson who helps us at the track, was in a serious car accident last week is recovering in the hospital in Kearney. Please pray for these loved ones to continue healing through their personal illness, growth, injuries and well being. May the holiday season find all of you and your families in good health, have a happy and joyous Christmas season. Allen & Lou

Brad has been transferred from Provisional Care to Transitional Care. He will be there a week to ten days to allow his fractures to heal. He will then be transferred to rehab for therapy. He will be in Kearney for another 3-4 weeks. He is alert and talking pretty good, still has alot of pain with his fractured hip, shoulder and collar bone. Lung looks really good, bladder is healing and ribs sore. They have taken all IV's and monitors off him. They have weaned him off of the "good stuff" and using regular pain medicine. He still has some bad day as well as good days. Starting to see more good days than bad. His sense of humor is starting to show up more which is nice to see. Thanks to all who have called or visited. Its been overwhelming the support our families have gotten. Happy Holidays and God Bless.

HERE'S AN UPDATE ON BRAD-01/06/09 Brad is still in the hospital in Kearney. It will probaly be another week or two before he gets to come home. His hip is still causing alot of pain yet. He is in physical therapy and occupational therapy for 3 hours each day. He is in good spirits, he ready to get the #*$#@ out of the hospital he says. He will be in a wheel chair for a month or two then graduate to crutches. The rest of his body is healing pretty good he just needs some time. If any of you are in Kearney just stop in and say hello he is in room 2290 on second floor. He also likes to get calls on his cell phone-308-293-4805. We are blessed just to have him around. Thanks to all you have called or stopped by to see Brad.
