 Career Summary
I was born into racing during the weekend of a WoO Sprint show, and Dad was there instead of at home taking care of me. So I got the taste of that early on.

I became a driver in January of 1998 at the Thunderdome Indoor Kart Raceway in Memphis, TN. My first win came in January of 2000 at a track in Clarksdale, MS. A couple weeks after that I ran 6th in the Clarksdale Nationals. During the 1999-2000 indoor season I won a Track Championship against the likes of Kevin Swindell, Andy McElhannon, and Blake Samples, with only 1 win. The summer season of 2000 I set the karting industry on fire in the south, winning 14 of 26 races to win my 2nd Championship. Also that year I ranked 14th in the National Karters Poll.

In 2001 I raced in the Junior 1 class and a half season in the Junior Sportsman Champ and Junior Unrestricted Champ classes. We finished 3rd in Points in Junior 1 with 1 win, 5th in Junior Sportsman Champ with 1 win, and 4th in Junior Unrestricted Champ. That year I finished 6th at the Tunica Indoor Kart Nationals held in Tunica, MS, and also ranked 6th in the NKP.

2002 was a struggling year. The loss of my grandfather really put a damper on our racing. We spent the year focusing only on the Champ Kart. Finished 2nd in Points in Junior Unrestricted Champ without any wins.

2003 was another tough year. We finished 2nd again in Junior Champ without a win during the Points season. Our only win of the year came on a non-points night. My first time moving up to the Senior Champ class, I set Quick Time, won the heat race, and won the Feature. I was only 13 years old racing in adult classes where you normally have to be 15 or older to compete, and I won.

2004 saw me compete full-time in the Senior Champ class. I finished 3rd in Points and posted 20 Top 5's with 1 DNF. This year also saw me strap in behind the wheel of a Mini-Stock for the first time. While passing for 4th coming to the white flag, I got door banged and spun out, and ended up 8th.

2005 saw me make one Kart start. In May of 2005 I posted a 6th place out of 14. Starting in July of 2005 I ran the Mini-Stock. Finished 10th in Points at Memphis Motorsports Park.

2006 saw me start the season yet again halfway through. I started in August, the weekend of my birthday. Not sure where we ended up in Points, but posted 2 Top 5's and finished Top 10 every race.

In 2007 I will be behind the wheel of an IMCA Modified.
