Shelby County Speedway (IA) - Sport Compact #44c
|
Awards & Accomplishments | I was 13th in Points at Blackbird Bend Speedway this year when they closed, so we went to Shelby County Speedway. I have 1 win in a heat race, 5 top 10's in Features and I'm 13th in Points in the IMCA Sport Compact class. | Career Summary | I started out on Dustin Reeh's team in 1998 and was hooked the first time at the track. Dustin showed me what it was like to be a part of a race team and I loved it. We raced an IMCA Stock Car at Shelby County Speedway and did some traveling around to other tracks. Last year I started looking into the IMCA Sport Compact class and decided that this class would fit my budget. So I got a car and started putting my team together for this year. | Racing Goals | This year I would like to win an A Feature and finish in the Top 10 in Points. Next year I'd like to race as many nights as I can and win some races!!! | Other Interesting Team Information | I chose my #44c because that was the year my dad was born. My father passed away in 1980, so this is my way to honor him. |
