My wife, both daughters and their husbands, and my grandsons are involved.
The selection of my car number was a bit weird. When I signed up for my number at Sunset in 1994, I ended up with 74. Much later that year, we remembered that 74 had been my number when I raced ATV's during 1972-1976.
I've had my race car featured in two local papers - In 2008 in Omaha City Weekly, on the front page, and in 1998 in All About Motorsports from Council Bluffs.
I built both of my Pro Am cars. Both were raced during the 2007 racing season at I-80 Speedway and were top running cars. |
