| Awards & Accomplishments | 1997 Hard Charger (most improved in points) Award at Adams County Speedway. If there were an award for racing on the smallest budget I would definitely win that one!
| | Career Summary | My Father raced 6-cylinder Sprint Cars from 1978-84 at Savannah, Missouri, the original Lakeside, and Bethany Fairgrounds. I've been going to the races since I was six days old. After he quit Sprints he built race engines for most of the guys in the area, and still does. In 1987 an old high school friend of his bought a Modified, He wrenched on it for a year, and then co-piloted it the following year at Corning. The next year he bought his own car. I wrenched on it for him ever since I can remember. Three days after I turned 16 I was driving his car at Bethany Fairgrounds on Sundays. In 1996 we bought a car that needed stubbed and we put it back together for me and I raced that car until this year.

| | Other Interesting Team Information | My shop is a "dry" shop, til the work on the car is done. Then we get smashed. My car number used to be 28. The reason for that is because when we bought the car it had 28 on it. I always hated it. I'm now taking over my dad's old number 46 (the year my mother was born) because I think he is retired from racing (even though he says he's not). Mike Nichols and most of the other Stock Car guys call me "Parnelli" because at the 2000 Tiny Lund, they were teasing me about my fire suit looking so old that it could have been worn by Parnelli Jones (it was new in 96 for the record!).
