Other Than Dirt Driver Tracks & Series

Awards & Accomplishments | 1998 - Most Dirt Racing Inc. Mini-Truck wins. 1999 - Salina Speedway Mini-Stock Points Championship.(first and only one in a Truck), Mid-Season Championship. 2000 - Jayhusker Mini-Truck Points Championship. 2000 - Jayhusker Mini- Truck Sportsman of the Year. | Career Summary | I knew I wanted to race cars when my grandma took me to see the Late Models and circle track bikes. The track was at Stockton, Kansas and I was about nine years old. I started Demo Derbies at age 18. The two year run in the Enduro car craze came next. Then I had a successful career in the Mini-Trucks for five years, running Mini-Stocks also. In 2002 I made the jump into IMCA Modifieds and am loving it!!! | Racing Goals | Finish in the Top 10 in a race, finish in the Top 10 in points at Thayer County Speedway, and keep from tearing up the car too bad. | Other Interesting Team Information | My car number, 24m, comes from my Pee-Wee baseball number. I was MVP twp years straight. It was lucky then and has remained that way. I get hasseled about being a Jeff Gordon fan because of my number. He has MY number, I don't have his! I always put on my left sock first before a race. I have a lucky shirt and I never used to wash the mud off my helmet because I was convinced it was bad luck. YES, I AM SUPERSTITIOUS!!! |
