All Natural Grass Feed Beef
I have all natural 100% grass feed steers that will be ready anytime in sep. These cattle came from multi award winning stock (sibling was grand champion at Filmore Co fair yesterday)from Luzum farms in Exeter, NE raised from birth by us in a very low stress pasture and will produce excelent marbling and very low fat. Normally youll get 50% of live weight in cuts theese will be more around 65%. I am booking now for 1/4 1/2 or whole at $1.05/lb live weight a comitmant on you part will reguire a small deposit just to ensure you follow through at slaughter time. I will deliver to the butcher if you commit to a entire steer we will take it to the shop of your chose other wise will try to work with you but Milligan will be the default butcher. The best way to do it will be to get your friends or family to go in on a whole with you. They will be 800 to 1000lbs in Sep I can keep them till Oct as long as the grass lasts.
