living quarters is 14' on the floor (needs finished)
wall was put up and a walk through door
white paneling for hole trailer (have all the paneling needs finished)
new flooring in living area and over head
comes with or without new 7500W generator and new ac unit
trailer has some hail dents on back door when purchased (easy fix)
other than that trailer is in GREAT shape and pulls great as well!
