1988 3/4 ton Suburban 4x4 Sale or Possible trade
I'm selling my 1988 Suburban. It's been an excellent rig for me but I bought a pickup to better suit my needs, that is the only reason for this sale. It is a 3/4 ton and I used it to pull a trailer this summer. tbi 350, 4x4, auto tranny, interior is not great but its clean and the seats are in great shape. Three bench seats that will hold 8 people plus driver. Perfect rig for hunting or pulling a trailer around. Heater works great. I would drive it anywhere. I've put around 7 thousand miles on it without as much as a cough. It has a newer engine but it does burn about a half quart of oil about every 1000 miles or so. I put new plugs and wires and changed the oil toward the end of the summer. It was owned by a mechanic before me so it was very well taken care of. Over the summer I got between 10.5 and 12.5 mpg on the highway and between 7.5 to 9.5 mpg with a loaded trailer. has normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this age. I'm ready to get rid of it but I will not be giving it away. I'm asking $2000 but cash talks. Email is the best way to get a hold of me. Cash only, absolutely no trades unless it is a good running motorcycle or Opel gt. I also might trade for a good hobby or stock car motor, or an IMCA stock car/street stock in decent shape. I'm going to school in Lincoln and have the suburban with me but I am from Kearney so I go back and forth between Kearney and Lincoln.
