Have alight version for when you don't want to pull the whole house. 12'x 2' aluminum diamond plate runners, Ramps slide under the back, lights, winch, Aluminum wheels and 2 new tires, fenders, Surge brake system to front axle, swing up jack, No springs to break, A refined copy of a trailer I've had for 15 years and I'll money back gaurantee it to do anything you want up to it's 6000 pound cap.
