BBC alum rect port GM winters intake for SALE
This is a marine version of the popular GM alum rect port winters # 3933163
the 163 rect port came on the High performance 396 and 427 starting in 1968
this was 1 of the best flowing intakes made by the factory
I bought this thinking it was an ovalport intake so I can't use it My loss and your gain
This GM winters # is 6269318 and it is identical in appearance as the #163 even the interior of the plenum looks the same But it has a brass lined water jacket for corrosion resistance and it came from the factory as a duel bolt pattern for holley and quadrajet carbs
My chevy casting book says HP 396 and 427 rect port starting in 1968 and 1969 for the 6269318
It appears to have been bolted on but no evidence of anything been run through it black coated top
Again this is a Gm winters marine version of the popular 3933163 alum rect port
