View Advertiser Index Classified Posted on 11/9/2007 Need Small Winters Rearend Part! Does anybody have a trashed Winters rearend or possibly an extra damaged rear cover for one? I have the Sprint Car style center section and rear cover with the two anodized caps. Each bearing assembly has two rows of ball bearings in this style of cover. And each row of bearings has a small gold colored retainer that snaps in to space the ball bearings apart, one on each side. I am needing one of these small retainer rings. Mine has a crack in it. They don't sell the retainer ring separately. You need to buy the entire $40 bearing assembly, which I don't need. Anybody have an extra that I could buy for a reasonable price?
