No tears in seat, tires down there but not bald. Starts and runs good. Have the orginial owners manual. I've had for several years and just don't use it all that much. Light enuff to lift into back of pickup. one wheel at time. Just a real neat little old bike. Might trade for a Yamaha trails or pit bike for the kids....Asking 750.00 outright...In Norfolk, calls are best.....
