 Career Summary
I became involved in racing at an early age. In the late 60's and early 70's two of my uncles raced in the Norfolk area. When I was little, I would go watch them race. When they quit racing, I watched races on TV. Then in 94 my brother Mark took me to a race in Corning, Iowa and I was hooked. A couple weeks later I went to the bank, got a loan, and said, "We're going racing!!!" I started driving in 95 at Adams County Speedway and Sunset Speedway. In 96 & 97 I ran at I-80, Sunset, and 8 times at Eagle Raceway. I liked racing Eagle, so I've run there exclusively since. In 2002 I moved up to the Modified class at Eagle Raceway.

 Racing Goals
The biggest goals I have in racing are to make as many A Features as possible. Because the competition is so tough at Eagle, making the A Feature is a challenge.

 Other Interesting Team Information
The way I chose my number, I wanted the #28, but my brother said "No!!!" because of the misfortunes of Davey Allison and Ernie Irvan while using that number. So we decided to reverse the number to #82 and #82 is not used by a lot of racers. Every night at the track is a new adventure, so we invite everyone to join in the excitement. Don't forget to stop in the pits after the races and say "Hi!!" By the way, my last name, Koehn, is pronounced "Kane".
