I raced Go-Karts for a couple years on asphalt, then raced the Hornet Class for two years, and improved greatly as a driver. Now I'm running the NASCAR Late Models.
Racing Goals
I hope to become a solid driver and take it easy on the car. It is my first year in a Late Model. I want to make sure I understand the feel before I go all out.
Other Interesting Team Information
My dad has been around racing since he was young and is probably one of the most talented guys I have ever met. He has really inspired me to be more like him and become a great fabricator so I can take on the family business, Mickey McConnell and Sons Racing. He got started in racing at the age of eight.
