 Career Summary
I started racing in 1989 at Crawford County Speedway in Denison, Iowa, in a pink and white 1972 Camaro, in the class better known as "The Class Too Wild To Tame" (Hobby Stock). Since the start I have gone through many cars, and jumped up a class to the IMCA Stock Car class at Shelby County Speedway in Harlan, Iowa. I drove a 1984 Monte Carlo in 2000. In 2001 I decided a change might help me broaden my perspective on the sport and decided to try my luck at an additional track. Along with SCS, I raced at Audubon Speedway in Audubon, Iowa. In 2003 we ran three tracks - Crawford County Speedway, Shelby County Speedway, and Blackbird Bend Speedway.

 Racing Goals
Work hard, reach out for that little extra, strive to be the best that I can be, never let the little things bring me down, and learn from my mistakes and others around me so that I can better myself in all aspects of the sport. Most of all, my goal is to have fun and some day be a Track Champion. With my trusty pit crew, "The Brew Crew", by my side, I hold the dream of every racer on the track - to go after a Track Championship.

 Other Interesting Team Information
We as a race team consider every driver, official, pit crew member, and fan a vital part of our racing family. We don't have a particular ritual that we go through before a race except our crew members make sure that they have remembered to do what is necessary to get the most out of the car. The interesting part is that sometimes I decide to go racing without my crew to the tracks that like to eat my car. I don't want the crew to know that I am racing there until I am gone! We call that "racin' in the blood" and "experience". On the serious side, I tend to be pretty easy going. If I get rubbed or bumped, I call it a good race. If I get spun or "drilled", as we call it, I can get over it fast. I try to be easy to get along with and will lend a helping hand to any other driver if need be. And most of all, our whole crew has hearts as big as the sky, and will give of themselves in anyone's time of need.
