 Career Summary
I started racing Bombers in 1987 when I was 16, but didn't do very well. After sitting out a few seasons, I then won several Features in 1992 when I raced Bombers again in a 77 Monte Carlo with a 406 as #00. I built the body molds to start up the class of the Classic Superwides in Lexington and won 13 out of 16 starts in that class in 1994. I then went professional drag racing for several years in an 8-second 34 Ford Coupe in a National Circuit, including Vegas and Indianapolis. After that I raced a NASCAR asphalt Late Model in Myrtle Beach and Florence, SC. In 2006 after a 12-year stretch of not racing dirt, I built a Hobby Stock. I have been racing that class ever since. I build, fabricate, and maintain my car myself.

 Racing Goals
We are hoping to clinch our second Mid-Nebraska Speedway Championship this season, and hopefully make a strong run at the Boone IMCA Supernationals in September.

 Other Interesting Team Information
My shop is in Gibbon, Nebraska, where I have a street rod business. In my street rod shop, I manufacture six styles of 1930's Ford fiberglass bodies and turn-key hot rods. I own Gibbon Fiberglass Reproductions, Bodies by Bond, and Team Zero Racing. I also do full custom street rod paint and interiors. My racing shop is at my home in Gibbon where we build our car and maintain our racing program. This year I have my buddy Tyler Smith as my newest teammate. He is racing the number 2 Hobby Stock, which is my home built first year car previously raced by Jim Rayburn. Good luck Tyler!
