 Awards & Accomplishments
We had a great year for our first year. I have 1 Main Event win and 10 heat race wins. I was the 2001 Points Champion and that got me a new car trailer and a 3' tall 1st Place trophy. I also recieved plaques for Rookie of the Year and Sportsman of the Year. Thanks Reno-Fernley Raceway!

 Career Summary
This was our first year, and I became very involved in the building of the entire car. After a great year, we decided to build two cars for the 2003 season. My wife will race in my class, and I will move up. My wife doesn't like cars that much, but she can drive the heck out of a car! With the help of good friends (Hal), I hope to be back after a year of building the car, and kick some more butt!!!

 Racing Goals
To get the kids involved in something that we can all do as a family.

 Other Interesting Team Information
I chose the car #72 after my great old friend, my '72 Chevy pick-up. I had a Post-it note that I put on my dash that said "I LOVE YOU DAD, from Haley and Colton." that gave me luck at every race. We met another driver at the track, and we nicknamed him "Lacy" because he was putting on his race jacket, and a pair of his girlfriend's lacy thong underwear were hanging from his velcro neck enclosure. Seems he was running late, and he grabbed his jacket out of the laundry and unknowingly got more than he was going after!
