Nice of James and Don to add the extra money, but who came up with that pay scale?? weird diffrences from 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, and difference between 6 and 7 is what 8 pays? Oh well I must just have to much time to look at things!!

It is kinda weird lummpy, I think I will do something different for the next one. Like taking some off the top and moving it back further to help them all out more.
